Covid 19 - Latest Update (last updated 27 March)

We are open for business but will assess routine and other non-urgent work on a case by case basis

In line with current government guidance (which you can check here) we are continuing to provide the best service that we possibly can but very careful consideration should be given as to whether or not any work required can be postponed to a later date.

In order to safeguard our staff, customers and the general public we are offering full pay to all employees who are self isolating. We are also contacting all our customers, pre-visit to make sure that they haven't been diagnosed with Covid19, advised to self-isolate or have recently returned from a high risk area. We have also postponed non-essential work where safety is a concern and any customer with an appointment which has been cancelled will have already been contacted by us.

If you require urgent assistance please call us on the usual office number (01225769800) to discuss your requirements. At the present moment we are looking at quotes and non-essential work on a case by case basis with a view to delaying these where any doubt exists regarding safety.
